Returns
Returns are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days with an established proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 7-10 business days.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping
To start your return you will need to find your order number in the subject line of your shipping confirmation.  Email your full name and order number to support@menomieux.com requesting a return.  You will receive an email with a free return shipping label.  Please print the return shipping label and prepare your package.
